When you need help, press your personal activator button.

The two-way voice console unit automatically dials the 24-hour Response Center.

Response Center professionals have immediate access to your personal profile, and will speak* with you through the console unit to identify what you need and summon police, medical or fire personnel.
Your Profile
When you become a ResponseCall user, we create your personal profile in our secure database. Your profile includes things like:
- Life-saving medical information like allergies, impairments, etc.
- A list of people we should contact, such as family, neighbors and emergency personnel
- Special response instructions you want us to follow
Even if you are unable to speak to the operator, your profile lets us know who you are, where you live and who to contact.
